I miss the Opsal Steel building. I enjoyed just knowing it was there. I used to make special trips just walk around it, till one day one of the boards was off the back. So, like any good photographer, I completely freaked out and ran home to get my tripod, since I already had my camera. The first time in was a panicked state of speed shooting, since I didn’t know if I would ever be able to return. Thankfully, that board stayed unfastened for quite some time and I was able to return multiple days, each time being more calm and certain about the images I wanted to create. I was also able to return with my Rolleiflex TLR which was produced in the early 1950’s. It seemed appropriate and I’m very happy with the results.
